2018 BBE teaming-building event

   Last Saturday (14 April), the team at BBE arrived for Jiulong Mountain and spent whole day there to boost morale, drive team forward actively and also lay down the burdens every one carries on the work to enjoy the beauty of nature.

   Our team of more than 70 staff from different department gathered in front of the gate of company at 8 o’clock in the morning. After taking a group photo we moved forward on the drive to where to relax. Soft breeze lifted spirit high!

   On arriving at our destination, the first thing is to divide all staff into four teams, in each of which teammates introduced themselves to enhance mutual understanding. Then began the first game ─ Fruit Maze. Four teams sent 2 teammates stepping forward on the stage to find 2 same fruits in the maze. This game is to improve cooperation and communication in the team.

   Following that, we turned to the second game ─ Hit Ball On Drum, which is a rather difficult task because ball never go as expected. If you want to make a success, the cooperation is indispensable. Through this game, everyone have a better understanding of communication and cooperation.

   Time to lunch is up. Everyone wolfed down all the food after all morning activity. As the old saying goes, the body is the capital of the revolution. After lunch, we have the strength to finish activity in the afternoon.

   The third game is Shiatsu Plates. Each team did skipping rope and ran on the sheet to feel the pain. It is a hard task. However, each team had a better understanding of team and felt pleasure inside.

   The next one is Mad Caterpillars. The game seems easy while it is not actually. How to drive it fast? How to make a turn fast? This game gave a lesson to have a deep understanding of cooperation and communication.

   Then it is Crash Ball time. As popular game on the Internet, it magnetized all the attention to experience this game. Teams competed with each other with their best. It laid down pressure and made them happy.

   Last but the best game is “Life Circle”. All staff sat shoulder to shoulder in a round and griped the string tightly, then to make a circle with hands. The task is to count how many circles could we made. This string in our hand is just like BBE family, which gathers us together. If we loosen the string, then the circle is inexistent. And our task in work is just like the circles we made, seemingly hard-to-finish. However, if all of us gather all strength, the great enough goal will be finished.

   At the end of this whole-day activity, while our teams may get strengthened both physically and mentally. It is expected that all staff in BBE will work in a more active mind to build and achieve bigger value in an efficient way to deliver better service and products for all customers worldwide.
